Method: sunrise and sunset were computed with the astral Python library (standard sunrise/sunset definition: the sun’s upper edge at the horizon, with atmospheric refraction), rounded to the nearest minute, using America/New_York time-zone rules. Cross-checks: run for Albany, the same method matches DEC’s official Albany sunrise/sunset table within one minute on Sept. 1, Oct. 24, Nov. 1, Dec. 6 and Dec. 31. For Corinth it matches the sunrise-sunset.org calculation within one minute on Oct. 24 and Dec. 6.

Times vary slightly across the property, by a minute or so with location, and hills and heavy timber change when it actually gets light or dark. When in doubt, wait. These times are a guide only, and the DEC rule above is what counts.
